What's up with all the Tartarian hype?

The closest modern connection that can be made with the word ‘Tartary’ is the community of ‘Tatars’, who are scattered all across Eastern Europe. Modern-day Tatars seem to have a diverse range of appearances. Some look like East Asians, while others look like Slavs, Mongols or Persians.

The region ‘Tartaria’ was an umbrella term given to a unified civilisation consisting of different ethnicities, cultures, races & religions involved. Think of it as a modern-day European union, but BIGGER, BETTER & MORE PROSPEROUS (and that’s saying a lot).

Now that we have some dots connected, what’s really up with all this ‘Tartarian Empire’ hype? Let’s leave mainstream interests aside, in deep dark secrets of the internet the popularity and revival of interest for Tartaria has seen an exponential surge. Google expects the traffic for the keyword ‘Tartaria’ to see even a bigger jump as more and more folks get familarised with this word, but what’s behind the spike interest in this civilisation that’s been under the radar for the better part of the post world war 2 world order?
